Individual Counselling
Professional, evidence-based support to help you navigate life’s challenges, improve your mental health, and better understand yourself.
A space to slow down, reflect, and work through what's on your mind, at your own pace.
Individual counselling offers a dedicated space to work one-on-one with a qualified therapist. You may be navigating a specific life transition, feeling overwhelmed, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences. Wherever you find yourself, our practitioners will meet you where you’re at and support you at a pace that feels right for you.
We offer a warm, trauma-informed and compassionate environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with care. Together, we gently make sense of what’s been happening for you, and support you to move toward greater clarity, connection, and ease.
Our therapists draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and attachment-based frameworks, and tailor their work to suit you as an individual.
