Getting Started
You can book an appointment by completing our online intake form via the "Book an Appointment" button, or by sending us a message through our contact page. A member of our team will get back to you to confirm your booking.
Book an appointment →Your first session is an opportunity to share what brings you to counselling and to begin building a relationship with your therapist. There is no pressure to share more than you are comfortable with. Your therapist will take time to understand your situation, answer any questions, and discuss how you might work together going forward.
Meet our team →Each of our practitioners has unique qualifications, areas of expertise, and therapeutic approaches. We recommend reading through each therapist's profile to find someone whose experience feels relevant to your needs. If you are unsure, you can let us know your situation in the booking form and we will help match you with the right person.
View our therapists →No. You do not need a referral from a GP or any other professional to access our services. You can book directly through our website. However, if you have a mental health care plan from your GP, please let us know as this may affect how your sessions are structured.
Book directly →Fees & Payment
Session fees vary by practitioner and service type. Individual sessions typically range from $200–$260, and couples or family sessions from $230–$290. Visit each practitioner's profile for detailed fee information.

We offer individual counselling, couples counselling, family therapy, mediation, discernment counselling, post-separation support, clinical supervision, grief counselling, restorative practice, and trauma-informed therapy.
Explore our services →Counselling often focuses on specific issues and practical strategies to manage challenges in the shorter term. Psychotherapy tends to explore deeper patterns, early experiences, and relational dynamics over a longer period. In practice, many of our practitioners work across both, tailoring the approach to what each client needs.
Learn about our approach →EFT is an evidence-based approach to couples therapy that focuses on strengthening the emotional bond between partners. It helps couples identify negative interaction patterns and develop more secure, responsive ways of relating to one another. Our accredited EFT therapists bring deep expertise in this approach.
Couples counselling →Our primary focus is working with adults, couples, and families. Some of our family therapists may work with older adolescents in the context of family therapy. If you are seeking individual therapy for a young person, we are happy to help connect you with an appropriate service.
Family counselling →Yes. We offer professional clinical supervision for counsellors, social workers, psychotherapists, and allied health practitioners. Supervision is available individually or in small groups, both in-person and online.
Clinical supervision →Counselling can support you with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, trauma, life transitions, family conflict, and more. You do not need to have a diagnosed condition to benefit from therapy.
Individual counselling →Still have questions?
We’re here to help. Reach out with any questions about our services, your first session, or anything else on your mind.
