Stephani Stephens
Jungian psychotherapist supporting individuals across the lifespan, from age 4+
I am a Jungian psychotherapist committed to listening deeply and creating a space where clients feel genuinely heard and understood. My approach is warm, open and collaborative, and I encourage clients to explore their lives while developing greater self-awareness.
Alongside addressing challenges, therapy can offer an opportunity to understand what lies beneath the surface: the patterns, emotions, relationships and life transitions that shape how you understand yourself and your life. This process can help you reconnect with a stronger sense of purpose and authenticity while creating meaningful and lasting change.
I welcome individual clients across the lifespan from age 4+ and offer 60 minute sessions.
I hold a PhD in Jungian Psychology from the University of Kent in the UK and a Masters degree in Counselling from the University of Canberra. I am also a lecturer in Counselling.
